Job
Description: The primary job of DaBomb security
personnel is to guard, patrol, or monitor premises to prevent
theft, violence, or infractions of rules; and to stay visible and
maintain a peaceful environment. Requirements: - Punctuality – You must arrive 15 minutes prior to your shift
- Restraint – We restrain only aberrant customers. We never hit or
strike anyone. If you hit a person, be prepared to handle your own
personal liability lawsuit. DaBomb Platinum does not condone, nor
authorize you to hit anyone unless in an extreme self-defense
situation.
- Anticipation – Problems are to be "nipped in the bud". We anticipate a
problem before it actually occurs. We handle the problem in a
friendly, caring way.
- Team Attitude – We help each other at all times. We care about everyone
we work with. You will be called upon sometimes to help clean, haul
ice, pick up beer bottles and take out trash. Whatever it takes, we
work together to get the job done!
- Courtesy and Friendliness
– We are courteous to our customers and
fellow workers at all times.
- Compliance with the law
– Full compliance with the law in checking
ID’s and knowing how to properly check ID’s is expected.
- You may be expected to work every
holiday.
- Anything else we can think of.
Duties: - Warn persons of rule infractions or
violations, and apprehend or evict violators from premises, using
force when necessary.
- Screen individuals and prevent passage of
prohibited articles into club areas.
- Monitor and authorize entrance and
departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard
against theft and maintain security of premises.
- Answer alarms and investigate
disturbances.
- Call police or fire departments in cases
of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized
persons.
- Write reports of daily activities and
irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft,
presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
- Circulate among visitors, patrons, and
employees to preserve order and protect property.
- Patrol premises to prevent and detect
signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and
gates.
