Job
Description: The ultimate helper. The runner is
instrumental in insuring that Dabomb runs Smoothly. The Runner must
have a complete knowledge of the business and be primarily
concerned with the satisfaction of the customers. The runner works
mostly in support of the bartenders and waitresses. However, the
runner is not here do their job, only to make their job
easier. Duties: - Cleans glasses, utensils and bar
equipment including bar stock area, cooler area, storage areas,
etc
- Expedites the food orders from the
kitchen to the customers or server
- Help to prepare meals when
necessary
- Help in prepping meats and
Vegetables
- Prep silverware and condiments
- Clean ashtrays and empty trash
- Keep Draft beer on line
- Clean up spills
- Maintain the rest rooms
- Slice and pit fruit for garnishing
drinks
- Arranges bottles and glasses to make
attractive displays
- Inventory bar and beer
- Stock bar and beer
- Keep ice in beer bin and soda
fountain
- Orders or requisitions liquor and
supplies
- Insures that order is settled before
giving a take out order to a customer
- Anything else that is needed

government regulations surrounding the sale of alcoholic
beverages
DaBomb Runner does much more than just
help out. A positive and cheerful attitude along with a great
personality must be exhibited at all times. A complete knowledge of
the food and liquor menu and recipes is essential to great service.
A sharp appearance, knowledge of daily and weekly promotions and
total dedication to our guests’ satisfaction is an ongoing
requirement. DaBomb Runner are also responsible
for: - Back up cook.
- Keeping the Club clean and well
organized. This includes keeping the mirrors clean and the takeout
area clean and free of clutter daily.
- Keeping the bottle arrangement system
perfectly in order, at all times.
- Notifying a manager in the event of a
problem, or perception of a problem.
- Assisting fellow team members in the
performance of their responsibilities when and where
necessary.
- Consistent adherence to policies and
procedures of DaBomb Platinum as outlined in manuals and other
training materials.
- Physical requirements: You must be able
to lift up to 150 lbs and remain on your feet for up to 12 hours at
a time.
- You must be able to work all
holidays.
- You must back your bar by restocking
liquor, beer, kegs and ice.
